EVGA GTX 780 Classified?

Or any other 780?

If it was your money, which 780 would you choose?

I do like overclocking and benching as well.

yeh after some googling i found that the asus is the only one as well, theres 2 asus waterblocks on the website at the moment, so fingers crossed no one else is reading this thread.... :p
 
Are there any 780's that actually have 2x DVI-D ?

I see most of them that I've seen so far only have 1 DualLink, bit disappointing for people with more than 1 120hz+ monitor, I have 3..

Believe what you want lol. Sick and tired of trying to explain, Gibbo has told us time and time again the 7 series cards from nvidia continue to sell well.
 
No big deal here, the 780 is only dropping to the price it should have been months ago. Nvidia have been overcharging there customers for years, I'd be well p****d off if I was an Nvidia customer who's recently payed full whack, bit like the 7990 with Amd. Hopefully Amd will follow suit and drop the price of the 290\X and then we will have top performing gpu's back to reasonable pricing, like before. :D

As someone who also loves benching, I would be going for the Classifieds. I have seen what these are capable of with the right tools and seen guys hitting 1400Mhz+ on Air :eek:
 
It's quite cunning what AMD/NVidia have done tbh, charge a ridiculous amount on launch to soak up sales from those who will pay anything and then have a price war and reduce the cards to effectively normal prices, where people think they are getting a bargain. :p

Yeah 770 was massively overpriced for what it is an oced 680. £220-£250 is what's worth price/performance wise.

Everything is coming in line to what it's actually worth price/performance wise. But it still needs to lower by another £50 imo.

770 GK104 - £220 (the rebrand)
780 GK110 - £350
780Ti GK110 - £450
Titan GK110 - mental money!/discontinued
But since the 780Ti will be the new flagship and more powerful than the 290X it will be at a premium again. :roll eyes:

GK110 has been massively profitable for nVidia.

lol, this is what I said to a colleague. Everybody is scrambling now they are the prices they should have been originally.

Great cooler, I find it surprising Gibbo has not sourced these and sold them separately :)
Evga sells their twin fan cooler separately, there is a bit of a lack of good aftermarket GFX coolers.
