first time using this company I won't be using them again if they don't sort themselves out and this mess.

I’ve been using them for over a decade and they’ve always been great - even honoured a warranty claim for me that the manufacturer (Creative) didn’t.

This was unfortunate but won’t change anything for me, I will continue using them. Also, it’s the same with their competitors too. They just don’t have a forum for everyone to openly voice their frustrations.

Can't, only option I see is repeat order. You have to cancel using a self made web form they sent which I used ofcourse.

OC isn't such a bad company to deal with besides, no-one forced you to order from them.
If you want to get in touch with them, best to send them a webnote via your account. They usually respond within 24~72 hours.

I dont think it is worth pre ordering now, time they ship Big navi and 20GB versions of 3080 should be available. Not only that the 10Gb 3080 should be more available and prices should have calmed down

November for me if that's accurate. Which if it is, is disappointing. I really wanted this before Cyberpunk and I've even booked time off work for it, but ultimately if I can get one in November I can always change my holidays and put off playing for a week or two.

It's not a leaked internal screenshot, we have compiled our own user sourced queue on the forums by collaboratively compiling order numbers and times.

If it really is a 3 month wait, new orders should display this on the page.
The whole 'we didn't expect it to be so busy' type responses don't wash as genuine.

The biggest gpu launch in at least 5 years and a paper inventory makes a dissappointing outcome readily apparent.

Im in such a poop situation like some others a got rid of my 2080ti ready for this launch and now left a 2k paperweight so I'm at the point of do I wait or just preorder and hope I get it before Christmas

dont feel bad I had to return my 9900K to the retailer due to it being used and unsealed when delivered(not ocuk)
so decided to wait for the 9900KS my pc ended up sitting with no cpu for like 4-5 months where intel took so long to launch it

wow I really hope that's not true I ordered at 14:30 but didn't get confirmation till 17:30 so I'm looking at either November or December.

Can’t imagine it’s accurate at all, it just mentions time of order not what people ordered. So it will not only depend where you were in the queue but also where you are in the queue for a particular model of card.
