bet they run 150mhz from max silicone can. Bet overclocking will be locked like on turding and pascalThe difference will be minimal more than likely.

Read it here https://www.techradar.com/uk/news/y...getting-an-nvidia-rtx-3080-or-3090-until-2021Where has that been stated, that the stock will be extremely low for the first few months. ?
Seems that a lot of people are buying into the whole, 2080ti is useless now, I'm hoping that this makes new, last 2080ti stock cheaper, around £900 would be appealing as outside of the 3090 it's still going to be the top card out of the RTX 20 and 30 line apart from the 3090. The 3070 I feel is going to be around a 2080 at a more appealing price despite what some figures look on paper and the 3080 is going somewhere between a 2080s and 2080ti, more closer to the 2080S in performance. Nvidia are not stupid, they've got a lot of stock of the 20 line to get rid of, this isn't going to be the jump people think it is outside of the 3090 but lets see what reviews say when they start pouring in.
I'll be eyeing up the EVGA 3080 though. If it's around 10% improvement I'll prob leave it.
Gibbo says, 'We expect good volume on these cards and the performance on offer is absolutely incredible and the pricing is even more impressive, NVIDIA have an absolute HIT on their hands here, these cards are going to sell in their thousands especially as they are launching in peak season and offer performance vastly beyond anything else with some incredible feature set and many USP's.'Heard the stock will be extremely low for the first few months. Gonna be hitting refresh like a madman lol.

Did you mean to post this in your MM sale thread?
I have a bad feeling that due to high demand and low supply of the 3080 , prices will rocket to 2080Ti levels or greater and it will be out of my price range again. Nvidia can set a recommend price to its hearts content, but as we all know ultimately it’s the suppliers that set the real world price.
That said 7nm, the Gpus would be more expensive than Turing and the 3080 / 3070 would have 20 / 16gb VRAM..WCCFeck
Sizes according to the EVGA forum rep:£30 cheaper than the GTX 1080 FTW3 was at release, surprising but I`ll take it. Hope this price stays where it is now, not like the Asus ones
This, I was wondering the exact date myself for when they launch if the dates are just pre-order?Quick question; so they go up for pre order that day, when are we likely to get them or stock landing? Just trying to work out how long I'll be without my 2080ti as I intend to get rid soon most likely.

Also any help appreciated, are EVGA still good warranty wise?
We expect good volume on these cards
From the OP...
EVGA and Zotac have similar 5 year warranty (3+2) and EVGA is transferable to second hand buyer.
I saw that which is opposite to what Gibbo claimsI'm hearing there is TINY stock of these cars worldwide and there may be no stock for months according to Tweak town
