It's one thing to accelerate a promotion and stretch stock supplies in order to beat a competitor, but it's another thing altogether to do it knowing you won't have anywhere near enough stock to meet demand. Someone at Nvidia dropped the ball, and I think it'll leave a much worse impression on people than if they had simply stated "we have little stock, don't get your hopes up". I'm not affected, but I am disappointed.
As for Overclockers, well, it's time to bring your web store up to par with 2020 standards. Having it die and your ordering system go haywire, when you claim you're one of the biggest stockists of Nvidia products in the country, and when you know there will be a tidal wave of orders for a popular product, is simply not good enough. Everyone on this forum is loyal to a point, and you've certainly tested that point over the last 24 hours. I really hope you learn something in time for AMD's releases later this year, as I would like to support you in future.
