Yes I am going to ride it out also as I doubt canceling my order will help me get one anywhere any quicker. Around 2000 ish in the queue but with over 17 cards up for pre-order I think that will move me up the queue a fair bit. I have a 2080 RTX to see me through.

Did you call to get your queue number? Is that 2000 for that specific card and which card is it? What tine did you order?

the limiting factor is the number of GPUs Samsung can produce that pass validation along with Micron GDDR6x, I really hope they don't get sloppy on the QA because they will be under pressure to churn em out fast

I guess I'll have to wait for the benchmarks for the 3070 but from what I've seen I'm wondering if a 3080 would be needed for 2k stuff (say 144hz) if one was to go crazy and start using 21:9...

I think people are nuts to make such an expensive purchase from scalpers on eBay. The listing is vague on whether they've actually got it in hand or just a pre-order, although they do offer to provide updates/photos.

I won't buy from anyone other than Nvidia/AMD or a well-established, trusted re-seller.

No 2000 is for all the cards. Finally got my order in at 1513 for the Gigabyte LC Eagle. So the fact that there are 17 cards to choose from, i would say that would bump me into the low hundreds queue wise for that specific card.

I would only sell for price paid to get my money back if i got “caught up in the hype” as he/she wrote.
