I'm not going to get a chance to do proper gaming until tonight but I'll let you know when I've tested it. I've run a few benchmarks and it's very quiet, think max temp was 70c.

Oh hey, so they did make a 5080ti after all... they just didn't bother pricing it lower than the 5090

People dunk on the 70ti but it's the only card with ok perf per £ that won't melt your cables. At least at RRP.

Apparently the missing ROP issue is down to some 5090 shipping with defective chips...

The root cause is the chip. A small batch of GB202 is defective, and the bios can not do anything with this issue.

I bought a lottery ticket the same day I strolled onto the Nvidia website and saw 5090FE's in stock and just bought one, without using an api or anything. I didn't win the lottery though, which is a shame
Urgh that's a few seconds after me but I've no dispatch (paid with cc too). Guess maybe it'll still come. Otherwise maybe I should rethink with the price and the rops scandal.
Probably why zotac said their cards were being delayed a month. Ovbiously they haven't fixed the problem
