Nvidia Shield

You cant get the context menu on Kodi with 15.2 as there no button on the shield remote.
You will need to install Kodi 16.0 rc3 as that supports long press of the select button to use context.

Which context menu? I've had o issues
if you mean side menu just hit up

I've had it since September last year and I have to say that Kodi aside, it's a bit of a disappointment.

The app choice is really poor on Android TV, with only iPlayer available on demand wise.

If you want a silky smooth Kodi experience then the FireTV 4K is a much better buy. If you want the games streaming options but a shield. If you want an HTPC then buy a NUC.

Can i ask why its better for Kodi? ive been monitoring this thread as im in the market for a front end for Kodi, Thanks.

The remote is slightly better suited to media use, Kodi runs really well on the 4K and if you just want Kodi then it's less than half the price - it even comes with Prime Instanat Video if you happen to be a Prime subscriber but if you're using Kodi that's possibly not a consideration.
