I actually think the Xbox One X will help 4K PC games development in terms of optimization of games, and both systems using DX12.
Please remember that any mention of competitors, hinting at competitors or offering to provide details of competitors will result in an account suspension. The full rules can be found under the 'Terms and Rules' link in the bottom right corner of your screen. Just don't mention competitors in any way, shape or form and you'll be OK.
It bloody well should do. Is the Windows store thingy any good yet? After buying GoW remastered and seeing how the PC gaming community was treated, I have avoided that platform since.I actually think the Xbox One X will help 4K PC games development in terms of optimization of games, and both systems using DX12.
For 3440x1440, I am more than happy with the 1080Ti and copes with pretty much all settings up. The occasional poorly optimised game does need some settings toned down but for the majority of games, they run very very well and look amazing.

I just rewatched my "Windows Store DX12 and what we know warning swearing " video and made myself chuckle. Disaapointing news thenSame, it's still shocking.

Unfortunately Volta is nowhere near powerful enough to max out 4K.
I've never actually checked to be fair, but I've never heard/seen a wafer with different chips on it. Is that possible?
why have nvidia stopped doing refreshes?
500 series was 400 refresh
700 series was 600 refresh
both 900 and 1000 series new tech introduced
Pretty much the perfect card for 3440![]()
no one likes rebranding.
AMD do, when they've finally got their drivers sorted![]()

I edited my post because I misread. Nvidia did rebranding in the past.
Yup, they're both guilty of it. AMD are the ones who've done it lately, only because when the 480 first came out it was more of a 970 competitor![]()
