Same.Mrs. Nitefly has just been told she’s a bot and has been booted from the queue.
She’s seething and I’m trying not to laugh
edit - I'm in the queue, 130k ahead...who wants a ticket?

And now they think I'm a bot for trying to access their crappy site, so it's kicked me off the one browser where I had got anywhere. I was still a milion miles away, but it's still annoying!

The thing that tells you that you're in a queue to get into another queue by the looks of it.

Got 4 x hospitality for Cardiff, 5th July.
I logged in, chose a date, then was presented with a countdown.
When the countdown got to 0 the page updated with a message saying sales were 'happening now' and a blue spinny thing.

I messed up then. I had a generic countdown page, but didn't think it was a waiting room or anything as it wasn't labelled as such. Only ever saw that once about 8.30.
