OcUK Curborough Sprint Circuit - Monday 20th March 2017

Emergency exhaust replacement all sorted thankfully so no drop outs from me. Needs to get back on the Dyno at Ti motorsport now as I'm fairly certain there's a power gain

Weather is looking like it could be a bit damp in the morning which is good (for me). I want to have a bit of a play without trashing my new tyres.

Looking forward to this now!

Damp is bad, bad I tell you. I'll be spending the morning in 1 Wheel drive mode if it's damp

4WD = Win wheel drive

These AS3s are sticky. Had a bit of a pre-Curborough test before. Been raining here all day. Should have bought some Landsails if I wanted a bit of fun.

I'm yet to really drive this car in anger in the wet like my old one. Wonder if I'll pluck up the courage to yank the handbrake like I used to at Curborough :D

What time are we starting the Running's then? (This may be in the thread already and I've just been reading with my eyes shut)

It should be 10am running starts - or should I say 10am allowed to be on the track at pace.. so no reason why we couldn't just pootle around to help clean it up a bit.

PResumably since we're running 5-8 minute sessions there won't be any problem with us freestyling the layout? I want to try going over the crossover and linking into the top corner backwards.

Cool. Hopefully the big radiator I put on is enough to fend off the overheating. Last time I did sustained back to back hot laps at curborough it overheated in pretty short order and now I have way more power than I did then too :p

Loaded up and ready, I am short a 1/2" breaker bar though. Despite giving my local friendly parts shop a week to replace my broken one it's still not here. I can only assume there will be one floating around though.
