For some reason I can't take digital crime seriously, if someone was vandalizing an actual shop or something I would think it was outrageous but someone doing a DDOS, oh well, just a bit of messing about on a computer.

Don't know if its just me who thinks this way, I know its not really logical. I know it still results in lost profits etc.

Nope, the shop is not connecting for me at all, forums takes over a minute to load. Rather phone in my order to be on the safe side.

This comment imho points to your boss being the guilty party tbh, In a last ditch effort to get you to do some work he has resorted to this...
