I am very happy with the chair well worth the money.

I have been using the chair for a week now, on my first night I was kinda skittish about putting my full weight on it after all I just put this thing together, rechecked and tightened all the screws twice not because they came loose but I was airing on the side of caution.

I much prefer the padded armrests compared to the more expensive ones (they have a more expensive one setup in shop)

Padding and feel while sitting in the chair is great once your body gets use to the support.

Base is really solid I am able to sit on the edge or lean back and no concern of it tipping (suppose if you were crazy about it you could make it tip).

360 movement is smooth as is the lift action.

All of the screws on the chair are sold nothing for show just actual structure point connections.

The stitching is not perfect in two places but I have seen far worse on living room furniture and yes this is me trying to find something wrong with it.

Just take your time putting it together and if possible have another pair of hands getting the arms on and back can be a little fiddly trying to line them up without another pair of hands, also as I have found in the past and the main reason I always buy from Overclockers any problems just call them, aftersales service is the best I have ever experienced.

Dont like the look of the chair as you can see the qaulity isnt that great stiching isnt eqaul padding dont look equal either.

The odd mark all cleaned up! Sadly customer services delaying me with the bolts that came missing, sure they will send them out eventually but other than that! Mega happy with the chair! Would recommend from the quality of mine.....

Wish they send out the XXL OCUK Gaming Mat for the inconvience ;)

That is what I did in the end - well happy with my D series in black and white. Ok it cost more, but the quality and comfort is well worth it imho.

I was missing some bolts too, Overclockers sent some out but they were the wrong ones! I ended up buying some and Bailey sorted me out with £5 on my account :)
 
Sadly been let down by clockers, they havent got any, surely all the returned ones they have they can pinch two bolts from but never mind.

Usually really happy with the customer service from OCUK but this time been let down looks like im buying some myself....

Yeah I found it odd, I asked them to take some bolts from any RMA'd chairs but got no answer on that.

As I said I bought my own and get refunded £5.

Had mine less that two months now and the gas lift seems to be going.

Given that I bought this chair instead of a cheap one because it was supposed to have a high load rating I'm pretty disappointed.
Oh well, RMA time...
 
Not suprising there are more problems witht hese - unfortunately, these have been let down by quality control on every aspect so far. I feel sorry for anyone that's taken the punt on buying one of these instead of just sticking to a "normal" chair.
 
Wow, I was so close to buying one of these because the website makes them look so good. But the pictures posted in this thread make them look like they were put together by blind monkeys with ebola.

OCUK customer service seemed to intervene and check every chair themselves but obviously something went very wrong. What happened guys?
