EVGA have never said that it comes with the card. Nor does it have to as many people won't use it but would still be paying for it.

If you don't like the price, don't buy it. Plenty of cheaper evga cards.

I have already ordered the classified 1080 card, a bit of a rip if these cards do not inclued it given the price.
