cheers fellas - I am trying to cut a bit until I get visible abs - lost a few centimeters from my waist so far - I find it harder now because I'm constantly hungry all the time.

6'1", around 85kg last time I checked... planning to keep piling in as much food as possible for the next 1-2 months or so then cut down for summer.

No pump etc... trying to take pictures in the mirror is annoying! EDIT: The scared face was intentional.
