I posted a leg shot in the gym ratz thread recently I think
I'm still far from cut at the moment, take this direct-on pic:
But I'm only cutting until Monday, then I've got a week off as I'm entertaining a lady friend for the week, then back on a 3 week cut until before the Gym Ratz meet. So I think I might get down to a lowest of 75kg by the meet which is barely much different. After that, I'm all for the bulk, brah.

I thought I would put some pic's on here before I start trying to gain some muscle. I was originally going to try to loose some weight as I feel pretty fat as it is but I think I would end up looking far too skinny if I loose the amount of BF that I want!
