Working on the calves, little buggers don't seem to grow. Rest of my legs look OK I think. All the size is at the top, so you can imagine how boss I look in shorts :p

Tip toe when showing off your calves, LiE :)

Few pics, different poses. Really hard to take a self shot of your back lat spread tho! 76.3kg this morning, these were taken last night. Should be looking ace by the end of next week I think!

Still really soft on the chest and lots of pinchable fat, but shaping up. Also I don't have a six pack; I have a 3 pack. I have a gap between my top two abs, and the line over my next two is actually hair :p So still not overly lean yet. I'm betting around 11%?

e: These pics don't look too bad on my phone, but totally over-white on my screen :(

Looking lean there Monkee. If I was you I'd be packing the muscle on slowly over the next few years, fat will continue to drop during the process once your mass increases.

Skill I have no calves to show off :p

I'm hitting them twice a week now.

Aye, that's what he'd say no doubt! Are you going heavy one session then low but high reps the next? And not bouncing on the bottom? :) I'm intending to get mine as well.

But yah, as Monkee said, tip toe and get a pick of the calves :)
