What's the deal with people:
a) wearing belts as soon as they step in the gym and keeping them on for every exercise, including machines?
b) lifting huge weights but for 1cm?
Is there something that I don't know?
I find myself using a bit of body English when doing DB rows, but they're always last, but I find it's more of a jolt up at the beginning of the movement, then I contract my back like a mofo at the squeeze
Oh it wasn't a pop at you - but you see people doing almost a deadlift everytime, and twisting their bodies... Lock that scap in place, and that core, and bloody get it done!
Disagreements or not brah, I wouldn't ignore him. Amongst all his trolling BS, he's got some good knowledge to draw from
You're right. However, so many movements really are experienced movements. Heck even my deadlift and squat wasn't that good in terms of technique. However, as you learn and get better you get so much more from your exercises.
Excuse the left arm. A mixture of not tensing it properly and it actually being a bit smaller than the right anyway! We established on Saturday that I really need to start hitting the outer bicep - my biceps seem to be entirely dominated by the inside, and near non-existent on the outside, which does nothing for my peaks!
