I think I've read it before somewhere so apologies, but I can't remember. How long did you do hypertrophy training for before switching to strength orientated workouts?
 
I've been training for nearly 9 years now. Started with no clue. I'd say I've made the most gains in the past 3-4 years. Been doing strength training for a year now.

Definitely looking leaner LiE, have you noticed any changes strength wise?

Hard to say yet, early days. I am finding it harder to lift weights I'd normally find comfortable. I'm going to stick to CBL strictly this week and see how it performs. If I'm not happy with my strength I'll tweak the diet. It's a good experience.
 
Cheers Monkee. Really do appreciate what you have to say. Good to see that not everyone jumps on the "gear makes you massive in an instant so your efforts don't count for anything" bandwagon.
