They're about 17 1/4. So nearly pushing 18 with a pump.

I used to have 19" arms at one point believe it or not! :o




Then again I was over 100kg - I'm now only around 92kg or so.

To be fair, I'm discovering the cost of maintaining a weight of around 94kg and - considering my target is the 105kg category, goodness knows what this will cost. :(

Nick, that's where wonder foods like peanut butter come in to it :)

Yeah I dropped a LOT of bodyfat - my strength is slowly come back up to where it was. So can't really complain. Then again I was still lean enough for a six pack when tensed - but yeah, much better now. I'd be happy for a couple more kg with 1-2% more BF reduction - but let's be honest, I doubt that'll happen really. I like my food too much! :D
 
Wish you wore clothes that fit you better though! So easy for ill-fitting clothes to give you a "do you even lift" look, and your gym clothes look like I could use them as a sheet in bed!
 
Meh - I like to be warm and comfortable. :p I took my sweatshirt off for the photo - I seldom take that off unless it's REALLY warm.

I hate overly tight clothing. Sorry dude, I'll never be a fashionista!
