OcUK Health Seekers: Post your progress pics

Happy with my progress so far, been training now for just over 12 months. Currently 187lb's at 5ft11.

Goals for the next 12 months:

- Gain bigger delts, especially fronts.

- Need more thighs!

- Improve chest

- Get a tan

Criticisms?

Not at current, got a bad knee - recurring injury from when I was younger in my rugby days.

Why, does it show that I don't? :D

Being blunt, I can see you don't deadlift, and your response to the first question led to the second (because your legs as big as I would expect for that amount of time).

He's just going the long way round asking what your routine is, he's a tease like that.

Next question was to ask for a pic from the back, followed by in flexion, followed by legs in abduction...

Trust me... I am a doctor. :D

Haha I'll try and get a back pic, not the best lighting this time of day though!

Im quite pleased with my back though and how its come on. Weak point is lats, not wide enough.

Pleased with back, but lats are weak? Wut.

It's clear you do mostly upper body work. Your chest, shoulders and arms have some mass to them. Now you've established that you like to pick up and put down heavy things, progress to the better exercises like squat, deadlift, Olympic lifts, etc.

After a few months of lacklustre training and diet

Not sure they did mirrors wide enough for your lats Tom!

Fuark, most of my progress shots go to Wills and Steedie on snapchat :D

Think these were around 3 weeks ago.

Bro as I often say, you have one mireful and ever lean physique.

Will try and get some pics tonight as I officially hit a flat 90kg this morning!

Was tubby at the start of this year, started cleaning my act up then potato'd myself in a bike accident damaging my coccyx (still not right), broke my wrist and damaging tendons on one hand. Been working back up to proper training the past month and slowly seeing changes but miles and miles still to go.
