Couple of pics as I've not posted any here in a long time.

Not my most flattering back pic but I couldn't be bothered looking through them to find one :p

Excuse posey snap chat filters.

I'm never going to be as lean as some of you handsome bros but I'm relatively happy with my size at the minute.

You've got a power-lifter's build. No shame in that, play to your strengths I'd say

Aim for a strongman type build - hopefully you'll get the traps to match those ultrawide shoulders :p ;) :D

A friend of mine had an article published about him in the telegraph yesterday.

So happy for him, he's quite an inspiration. Today he's competing in the DFAC (Drug Free Athletes Coalition) World Finals. Hopefully he'll place this year! :)

Just been reading through this thread as an inspiration & guide as been "gymming" for a couple of years and trying to get in shape. Funny when i came across this post as Evo is my local gym. John trains my friend & pt and is a really great guy, so easy to talk to and get help off. He's a great inspiration & what he's achieved is fantastic.

Hey guys. This is after a 3 month or so bulk. I've basically just been eating everything I can find and working out the same as before.

This is pre the eating marathon.

I'm happier with how I look at the moment and get to eat more so it's all good. Just need the twigs to gain some maaaaassssss!

Cheers dude. I do have a separate arms day, but still struggle. Arms and legs are my genetic wall and I hate training them! Do you do separate day/s or just fit them in around other stuff? I just saw your pics further up and could do with some of those shoulders.
