Downlighting = my back looks like it belongs to someone who maybe lifts.
Also yoga has reaaaally helped my hamstrings. My shoulders are a bit better too.

Those gloves... The rest of your body, I am afraid, has suddenly disappeared min the anti-awesome associated with lifting gloves.

So happy for him, he's quite an inspiration. Today he's competing in the DFAC (Drug Free Athletes Coalition) World Finals. Hopefully he'll place this year!
