52/53" chest now:p.

That is a chest!

I'm currently hovering just over 45" cold and 46" pumped. Whilst I've been slowly lowering bodyfat due to cardio and the calories burned during GVT my chest looks like it has grown a lot more than it has. However the upper of my chest has seen some good gains but the upper inner is still lacking.

Hmmm in 20 will i ever get any bigger?
I only started at 19, so yes you will get bigger if you put the effort in.
52/53" chest now:p.
Ahhh yeaaaa
This competition was brought to you by the Ministry of Muscle, there is about a nat's **** chance in helll that it was tested or that they would even if they had the cash to waste. Just take a look at that picture, you can see that it doesn't matter to Jimmi if I'm not trying to get as big as him and it doesn't matter to me if he's bigger than me partly due to "cheating".

Arg let it die :p

That's some good work mate! what was your bf before training?

my BF before training was around 10% although could have been a little less. I was very athletic due to boxing.

how do you manage so much protein with only 1 shake a say?

I really need to get me some whey protein

Sorry i take it back, i sometimes have a casien shake before bed although i try to get some food down instead.

I eat at
8am
10am
12
2pm
2:30pm
gym
4pm PWO
6pm
8pm
9:30pm

Its a lot of food but i have done much much research over the past year and i have good experience with food due to my sport back ground.

Gym is easy, maintaining such a high intake of food is difficult but it is the key to good progress.

ConTro13R... Diet is the key dude, my friend has been training 5years and run a few cycles and his progress was not that great considering he was using gear. This was down to diet. I sorted him a diet with help from some pro BBuidlers on aother websites and the past 4mths he is really coming on.

Each meal should contain around 40g protein, you need to get the correct balance of protein carbs and fats, Pro/fat meals and Pro/Carb meals. Diet is sooooo important dude, each meal should not be so much your full. I mean a meal could be 1 & 1/2 tins of tuna, diet is the key to success :)

Good luck bro :)

Good to see a boxer that's not neglecting his legs. There's a few guys at my gym that box (to a pretty high level) and they never seem to train legs as hard as upper, if at all. Ridiculous when you think of the mechanics of a good punch.

Looking great 4Qman - all that food is obviously working!

Probably :( But I have this inability to like what I see in the mirror - it's never good enough, and meh, I guess I'm just too self critical :o

That's probably the reason you have the body you do, matched with the self motivation that's required to get you there that so many people lack.

Hi guys, sorry if I have been a bit of an @$$ as I know I have got into arguments in the past, and apologies to ^Tank^ for responding frostily to his comment which he is entitled to make (have more to say to ^Tank^ but I won't since there is no PM anymore).

Totally off-topic but I am really happy with the way I am handling turning my life around, it feels like one saga after another tbh.

I am here to find out when I started training again after a 3 year lay-off, cause I know I made a post in this thread, or an archived version. It won't be too difficult to find and I'll post my findings here.
