All things being good, I should be able to come along for the ride.
I'm probably out now. My knee is too shot.
My flatmate might join too. He doesn't like the idea of huge pelotons though, so might bow out if we get to like 10 riders!

Yeah gutted I can't make it as well. Kept that weekend free from racing for this, but now some relatives are flying in from Canada, so going back to my parents to see them for the weekend.

imma need to be up at 6ish too... shower, food, cycle to the place.. not even sure how to prepare food wise, what's the usual consumption?
Fair enough. It's impossible to cater for everyone unfortunately. I think Fareham might be a little out of the way to be considered London though!
2 full water bottles with carb powder in or just electrolyte tabs if you are gonna eat your calories.
Probably 800-1000kcal of snacks to eat on the bike.
Nah, agreed, it was always a maybe from me with having to get up there at the end of the day.

Why would you shower before going out
