I've been to Swinley once and I really enjoyed it, despite stacking it on a jump and destroying the FD of my rental MTB!

To be honest, if I didn't live in Central London I'd probably split my time between road and trail.

speaking of excuses and fun parts. My gooch is still in tatters after the weekends six hour saddle fest. That Spesh Romin is killing me so have ordered a Fizik arione try so I can be ready for Sunday. Saddle sores are freaking nuisance!

If anyone is worried that the route Shamrock put forward is 160km, then this one is a little shorter and only misses one climb.
