OcUK Mafia game thread - Game 3

I thought we had moved past beard prejudices lol

For my part its nothing personal against Egon. My "little dirty move" was an attempt to find some evidence against someone on day 1, when that is usually hard to do.

I was just about to post something to this effect. With a forum game like this it's so hard to judge if people are quiet because they are sitting back and watching it unfold or because they are genuinely busy with RL.

Either you are voting for him as you think he is dodgy and other people might see that and agree with you or you are voting for him as you think he is the least suspicious person and are trying to lue people out (however, with the above quote you might fail) or you are both Mafia and it is actually a good way for both of you to get to the night.

i'm inclined to agree with this tbh, babbinho voting for egon with no backup just looks dodgy, sure you said earlier voting now would be like drawing names out of a hat, well look what you've done

btw we have 30 mins
 
If we don't vote the mafia are going to down us 1 at a time. It may be pulling names out of a hat but at least I'm having a go at trying to root out the mafia

For me it's either Ghost (for not posting) or Jedi (just playing the game). EDIT: Forgot Gooner, too quiet and he defended Jedi earlier (possible team?)

Because, he has voted for egon, with no reasoning, i feel that before his post, there were a few who were more logical votes and he decided to pick Egon, as he said

also 17 posts, is near twice everyone else, seems a lot, too agressive and so i vote him for lynching as i feel he is the most dodgy and the most likely mafia candidate however ghost and iviv could be mafia aswell, due to their lack of input

So for future reference in order to avoid being lynched without evidence we must avoid posting a lot....and posting a little :p
 
The last few minutes have been super interesting. Not sure if Fortyseven and Leprechaun are fishing and trying to play people against each other or are being genuine.

Our resident expert did say he would be back to give his take on things, but is strangely absent... my suspicions grow further.
 
After a lengthy discussion, a couple of names were thrown about but it seemed like there was going to be a tie, until one name was mentioned again.

The majority reached, the townies agree that he is a worthy lynching target, therefore LEPRECHAUN312 the Townie has been lynched.

You're dead, and no longer able to participate in the game. Feel free to post in the original Mafia Thread (not this one), however don't post anything about who you think the different roles are, or discuss the details of this game in any way until the game is complete. Thanks!

We are now into the night phase of the game. Night will last until 10PM Tuesday 18th February.

The town head for their beds, uneasy regarding the events of the day, but there is a new day ahead of them! Well, for most of them. Unfortunately, it appears that Kaiowas suffered an extremely unfortunate accident overnight, accidentally tying a pillow around his head and suffocating himself. How unfortunate.

Still, something seems suspicious, and you decide to lynch someone else, just to be sure.
