My custom 1.4 minecraft.jar uses the GLSL shaders as above along with misa's texpack. Looks absolutely gorgeous in use. Haven't updated it fully for 1.5 yet but the specular lighting alone is worth it.

These are what misa's textures are like with the GLSL shaders active. I've made some tweaks to the shaders to get them working together properly.
* Bump mapped textures
* Far-distance DoF (Depth of Field)
* Specular shading to cubes (try holding up a light source in a dark room)
* Wavy vegetation (trees, wildgrass, flowers and wheat)

I stupidly upgraded to 1.5 and can't get on the server - How can I get back to the previous version? (I'm on a Mac)

Find a version of minecraft.jar from 1.4 and in your user>appdata>roaming>.minecraft>bin replace the one in there. Keep the original as a backup though.

I think it is 20 flint or ink sacks and 18 cactus greens.
