You were removed mostly due to your attitude though. I believe the plan was to let you back on the condition that you fixed the land you messed up around the desert. This would involve replacing it with a suitable material (not just cobblestone) and making sure that the people in the surrounding area are happy with it.
If you're happy to do that and drop the attitude I saw you showing towards sylvet, I'll re-whitelist you now.

As long as the people with surrounding builds are happy with how it looks, np.
Just make sure you check with them once you've done it.

Any idea when the server will be updating to the latest patch? I haven't been on since the patch as I'm too lazy to download the new client and the old bin files
Not until notch has actually released a patch which fixes his game. And after that we'll have to wait until bukkit is updated to match that patch.
Could be late this week, could be next week. Just depends.
French, may I ask if you have seen the damage before?
EDIT: Having constant day to help repair the damage would be nice.
EDIT 2: I doubt I can find the sand required, so I will create some sort of oasis type thingy will trees ect

2: Constant day is only used during admin operations
3: Make sure the players in the surrounding area are happy. If they're not you will have to source sand.

This is a call to Sorn21! I have no idea if he still plays or not - but this is a picture of the land he has claimed outside my house.
This is an image of his land from my roof. I want to get rid of everything highlighted in blue and flatten it down to sand level.
So - if you're Sorn21 - Please come forward and say whether or not you still want this land or not - I've waited a while expecting you to return but it's been almost two months and no progress has been made.

Any land around / near you marky that i could build a little home on? i want somewhere relativly near to spawn because im miles from anywhere at the moment :< Had a wander about but i keep can't find a decent spot anywhere that doesn't already look like i might impede on someones build or view.
To be honest MrBios - If Sorn doesn't want the land feel free to use his land! I'm only flattening it because it looks ugly next to my beautiful building
