That moon shot on that texture pack is cool. I'm not sure my PC will play well with a HD texture pack but I may give it a try, it looks amazing.

Halfmad, i'm running your texture packs but it won't let worlds load and constantly saying not enough memory.

My PC specs should certainly be able to handle it lol.

I've finally got my email access sorted out again (don't ask) so I should be able to get Maxi FTP access to the backup map files. Cartographs should follow shortly after.

Did you run the MCpatcher app first? Think mine is set to give 2Gb to Java when I patched using MCpatcher. I'll put links on the forum when I get home to it. Oddly I've never seen it use more than 600Mb for java so far, so no idea why it'd need so much allocated.

Java 64 bit is best if you have a 64bit OS obviously.

Dunno how effective this is for MC in general but it helps in single player.

If you have 64 bit os and Java you can go to control panel, search java, double click the icon that shows up, go to the java tab and then press view... button. You can then change the runtime parameters to allow java more ram with this '-Xincgc -Xmx2048M' Can set the 2048 to some bigger number if you system has a lot of ram. This certainly helps in single player especially tnt explosions so maybe it will help with hd texture packs.

I can put up mirrors of any files you need if you can't get to them directly.

Forgot about MC patcher, ran it for last texture pack, guessing I need to do it again.

I believe i need a working .minecraft folder? At least it can't find my world settings or anything, so if you could chuck that on the ftp it would be great
