That's mine, OllieGunnars and Tumbots bunker. It's not a house don't worry. We have been mining resources there for a while.
My minecart tunnel which starts from my Sub (near spawn) is almost at the unstable land 
. It may not be the quickest way to get there but I can't stop tunneling!
A question about the unstable land: I take it that if I lay minecart track into that area, when it is reset the track just disappears. My question is: are the borders of the area that is reset, exactly the same each time? In other words, could I lay track down to 2 blocks away from the reset area, and each time the unstable land is reset it doesn't affect my track?

Yeah that's mine, valo's and ollie its no problem if it gets deleted, we just made it for mining in the unstable land!

It should be the same yeah. You can check the x/y/z by the V shape at /home french
Think the rules in the OP could do with a bit of a going over. Things about not being able to build at spawn (even mentions those old spawn walls!) also the mob spawners rule, I'm assuming thats allowed now since there's about 10 of them.

I don't know how easy it'll be to spot in game but you can see a line on day time cartography with a line on it - that's the border, as obviously one side keeps changing so it doesn't match the other.
I thought YouTube closed it down and deleted everything?
