I agree. I'd definitely lose the straps myself but I've found that that it was the underhand grip on the deadlift that was giving me elbow tendonitis. With a mixed grip I've held 200kg easily (with chalk), but I can't get anywhere near that with double overhand... so straps it has to be :(

To be able to contribute to this list, do I need to be able to complete these lifts now or do I just need to say what I've achieved in the past?

Anyway, my best lifts are:-

Compound -------- 125 / 142.5 / 200 -------- [88] ---- 467.5

Bench was with wrist wraps. I have also managed an 80kg push press.

The lifts are whatever you have lifted for your max :)

Regardless of whether or not it was last week :p

Will have a new squat soon and should also improve on that deadlift but my bench might take some time to improve :(

Anyways 495 total, getting there. Oh BW is 87 now. This should drop if all goes to plan!
 
I was meant to hybridise 5/3/1 and smolov but 5/3/1 and grappling training kicked my ass.

I'm going to smolov bench and squat either after this deload week or my next 531 cycle to try bring them up to par :)
 
New to here & lifting but aiming high - just a months odd into my 5x5 training (a long way to go).

Bench -55kg
Squat - 85kg
Dead-lift -100kg

Weight 88kg

(edit - these are not my 1RP - they are 5x5, as I don't have a spotter at home - I'll see what I can get em up too).
