You've proved you can shape your body mate, so why not? You're hardly weak now, so it would only be a bonus!

My squat wasn't on a smith :) I think FF might have forgotten to remove it when he updated as my previous PB was. Not that I'll be beating it anytime soon as I haven't gotten anywhere near my PB's in a while!

Can I get an update? Fairly certain I cracked 180 too during my second cycle of HST many moons ago :)

Been training on and off (new house, new job etc) and my squat is the one thing that seems to have stuck with me. My deadlift has gone to pot but plan to work on that when I get back from holiday.

A nice clean crisp 180 rather than the struggle that it was previously would be nice. A DW fitness just opened up here which is well equipped even if the bars are a bit bendy :eek:

Ahh so we did. I seem to remember you had some shoulder injuries last time we spoke? cleared up or still causing problems?
