68kg / 90kg+ / 140kg ----- [85kg BW~] ----- 298KG

The bench is DB, as had no spotter and can't remember what my 1RM is. Hopefully got a spotter tomorrow, be nice to see if I can get my BW. I reckon its possible, still got a bit of a dodgy shoulder though.

Also need to get my finger out and do a 1RM on squats.

Got a spotter to do bench on

85kg / 90kg+ / 140kg ----- [85kg BW~] ----- 315KG

Will do squats 1rm in a month or so, want to do a 1rm on that with someone I know a bit better.

Hey tom_e,

please can you update me as follows?

TommyV -------- 152 / 134 / 200(s) -------- [92] ---- 486

If I am right, it'll see me in the top20, finally!!!! :D

I don't really understand the Wilks - some peoples total weights include their 3 lifts + bodyweight, others just the 3 lifts without bodyweight?

It's just a formula for comparing the lifts of people with different bodyweight. It's often used in PL and WL contests for the "Best lifter" award.

I understand that but I guess what I'm saying is:

Is bodyweight meant to be added into the total weight because it seems it is being. Example for LIE: Raw weights is 585kg but the total is listed at 666kg (includes his 81kg bodyweight).
JackCarver's total is just his raw weights without bodyweight - would bring the total to 724.5kg

Aye I thought so, was just checking as wanted to work out my own. Tremble in fear you puny weeds, I'm just over half your Wilks total :p
