I should really try my 1RM's again...

Only thing is I've just started deadlifts again....I haven't squatted anything but the bar in 4 months...And I now no longer to flat BB bench :p
 
Cheers. Its notas big as it looks as I was hitting like 3-5 reps of each before. It's more that I've had to drop the weight back on squats as those 100s were basically 1/2reps. Makes it all the more sweet :p

Nothing but love for Icecold/Mwod's mobility work help.

I'm really itching to go heavy, but I need to make sure I take things slowly for at least a few more weeks. I'm going to try a new style of training after I finish rehabbing so hopefully I'll see some PBs soon.

Aye, as I said I'd love to try some PB's. But considering I'm on a cut it probably isn't the best time :p
 
What's your target weight? Surely you're nearly there judging from recent photos

Going down to 80kg at least - 85kg~ this morning. At that point I'll see where I'm standing (or collapsed :p) and see if I want to go down to 75kg.

After that. Lean bulk time, actually put some decent mass on for once

I'll be honest though, my strength is hardly any less than it has been. So not lost much, if anything
