I think my form is good but i dont really have anyone at my gym who i'd feel confident in giving me the all clear.
The only 2 other people I see deadlifting have shocking form. Literally bent over with there legs straight! Even the really big guys dont seem the DL thinking about it?
Quick question whilst im here. Would i be better off lowering the reps and increasing the weight slightly on bigger lifts like deads and squats?
I pretty much do everything 3x8.
