Hey guys as annoying as this is, due to us all now slipping a place I can confirm the above stats are accurate - we shall try and get some vids off our next one rep max attempts (@ the Start of August)

Very impressive lifts G_DAWG:cool:, just out of curiosity are these lifts natural or gummiberry Juice assisted?

Yea these are natural been training 13 years now had some time off when i broke my back but all good now. Use Creatine and sometimes tribulas obviously Protien and depanding on the cash flow BCAA and Glutamine.

Body weight 76kg

Bench = 90kg
Squat = 130kg for reps
Dead = 180KG Belt

Started mid March this year. Think I've still got more in me on the squat and deads, shall see in the next month or two :)
 
Its taken almost 9 months of slow, painful work since the injury but finally I've worked my way up and beaten my squat

147.5kg x 2 :D
 
Managed a 130Kg squat last Monday could not manage to beat my bench and did not try my deadlift so their the same. I weight less now 82kg.
