Icthink there is a couple of official strength to weight calculations for this thing. Agree it should be added, would give a good reflection of peoples strength and change the look of the leader board.
Or have a separate list for that :)

Yea I'm up for that...

How will it be worked out?

Weight lifted divided by BW?

then add all 3 up and divide by 3 to get average across all 3 lifts is it?

Think my average is around 2.1 x BW

Happy to add a separate league table by BW ratio.

Do we want to take a ratio for each lift and then take the average of the 3 ratios?

i.e. for me it would be:

1.6 (bench)
2 (squat)
2.4 (deadlift)

Which gives me an average of 2x BW.

Or do we want to do it differently?

Seems interesting, but since I gave up benching since I damaged my elbow I'll always be far lower :(

But oh well, will just have to work harder with the rest.

Deadlift 2.79
Squat 2.35
Bench 1.3

Average = 2.14x BW

Yea same :( i think we should just stick to maths ourselfs!

I can knock a quick one up if we agree on the maths..

I recon Weight lifted / BW = x /3 = result

So

617/95 = 6.49

6.49/3 = 2.16

Took me a second to catch what you were doing there. You're saying to take the average of deadlift (D), bench (B) and squat (S):

D + B + S
3

Then divide by bodyweight to get a comparable figure.

Sounds about fair. Pity my gym doesn't have a squat rack so can't sensibly do squats.
