Good work :)

my body is giving me nothing at the moment :(
building up to a new 1rm on squat, 3 sessions out, my knee has started cracking like mad. Big pops from the synovial fluid I'm guessing, sounds horrific!

I used tissue paper instead of chalk as I had raw cuts but happy that I got up from 170 to 185 in one session.

I'm coming for you nightmare! :D

Don't you dare do that, haha it'll take me ages to catch up!

Right I guess I'll shove this in here then !

Bench press: 55kg

Squat: 90kg for reps

Deadlift: 130kg

Total: 275

Started lifting properly at the end of may but lost 2 weeks at the start of July whilst I was on holiday. Is my bench lagging behind a lot or should I not be worried ?

Reason I worry is because I do power clean and jerks, and I can manage a 62.5kg jerk :s

Oops forgot my weight, 85kg

Ahh gutting was a inch away from 235 squat Tuesday morning... Bottled it at the bottom (didnt hit depth) got back up ok though!

Lesson learnt I went...

60 x 10
100 x 10
140 x 8
180 x 5
200 x 3
210 x2
220 x1 (Felt the easiest yet!)

So then i jumped to 235... should have gone 230 then 235!

Not bad with bad glute/back.. think its recovering, aiming for some 200 deads for reps in the AM, be the most i lifted in a while for the dead with my injury so fingers crossed, i got 180 out for reps fine last week so should be fine!

Edit - BW is now 95KG. Cutting :P

Couldn't do proper deads as hams are still sore from squats!

Done 18" instead to not stretch the hams, if i do deads with sore hams I always pull a muscle and am out for 3-4 days then so best not do that!

Anyway got through..

60x10
100x10
140x10
180x8
200x8
220x6
180x15 (all about that the reps at the end baby :))

PB was 240 on 18" i think i could smash that now to be honest... need to take it easy though to not aggravate my injury!

YOU BUGGER!

You're not supposed to reach me yet, not before I'm healed!!!
LOL :D

You have to check my other thread dude - Straight after the squat I jamp from 185KG to 200KG. I almost made it 5 times, was way too fatigued to pull the last part out :(

I leave tomorrow, when I come back I expect a full on war!

Off to the doc tomorrow if I can to sort out my arm.

Can't have you pulling ahead here!

Heh, can I join? This will be quite funny as I'm tiny (5' 4" and 50kg bw and yes, I'm a guy!):

These are estimated 1RMs:

Bench = 82kg
Squat = 108kg (Smith)
Deadlift = 123kg

Total = 313kg

I have never tried them, they are simply taking my reps and dividing by .856 according to the formula for 5 reps.

These are my actual reps:

Bench = 5 x 70kg
Squat = 5 x 93kg (Smith)
Deadlift = 5 x 106kg

Total = 269kg

I don't mind which you choose to use for league table.

No gloves, straps, belt. Smith machine for squats as it's all I have available.

I request a new column in the chart - Strength:Weight ratio! :D (I'm never going to win anything based on absolute totals!)
