Hi FF if this new rule doesn't come in can you stick me on the board please.

Bench: 95 (for 2)
Squat: 135 (for 2)
Deadlift: 170 (for 3) with belt

Edit: my bad :) BW: 77kg

Yeah I'm sure I'll be fine, I was just going to limit my carb intake a little and do some tastey cardio in the form of some 10min erg pieces today, sunday and wednesday.

Any other tips from a more experienced lifter
 
Yes, don't burn off those weight, have a look at the guides and get it out another way. then you can refuel and bump your weight back up again :P
of course this only really works if you are lifting some time after the weigh in, not straight after!
 
Big poo. Problem solved.

Best bet is carb control and to then dehydrate for the weigh in and then re-hydrate before the lift, or so I read.
 
Another little update ;) I think those are definitely my maximum current lifts, I almost blew a gasket with that deadlift :p Still seeing stars !!

I've also updated the OP with a published google spreadsheet for the top 20 lifts into their Wilks scores as kindly prepared by Oddjob.

Do you think we should leave it at top 20?

I've added a rule about 250 posts unless video proof is supplied.

Any other comments / additions?

Dropped weight though so going to be tough !!

Good call. I think you should keep all entries but highlight the top 20 to keep it competitive?
 
Sorry, I thought you were referring to the original league, I think it would be good to keep the wilks at 20. Would be easier to maintain for yourself too :)
 
Got another personal best today of 170KG squat, majorly ripped my pants with it though. :p Tried 180 afterwards but just fell in to the rack with it, I think I'll get it next time I go.

Update for me anyway;

Looks like that places me 19th! :D
