hes got a few vids online. while he is undoubtedly very impressively strong, dropping the weight like he does and posting a vid of it is stupid. he can do those weights without dropping them.
also, dropping with straps? if they catch a little thats one hell of a weight to pull you over!

i was thinking the exact same thing when i saw one of the vids where he is in a public place, it looks like a basketball court or school gym hall and he drops a huge weight on 2 tiny mats, the space on either side of the weights was a few inches at best, if he had missed it would have done some serious damage to the floor.
 
Went to a dead stop when I got stomach bug last week and before that the clips for my dipping/pullup belt snapped. Got new ones and feel amazing.

So tonight shall be good.

Just FYI you would be 14th on the Wilks table (and only 15kg off the top 10) if the entry cut off wasn't the top 20 raw totals.

Should give you extra motivation

Maybe FF could add you in.

Yeah, bugger snapped at it's joint :/ Was only putting 30Kg on it again and all. So must not have liked all that pressure it was under.

Sheffield? Hmm I think the lady friend wanted London, but who knows. Maybe I could persuade her later in life if things stay awesome. :p

Also shame on you for using a 15kg Olympic bar, should shave off 100kg for that.:p

I'm going to be going for 150kg squats tomorrow! Yeah buddy!

For some reason my grip is struggling at the moment and my deadlifts just aren't progressing. So need to get myself some straps

And no matter how hard I try I just can't progress on my bench :(
 
Just a minor update, my stats are now:

p4radox -------- 75 / 140+ / 130+ -------- [90]

Not a massive increase in the numbers, but I'm now lifting above my previous 1RM and for 5x5 reps, so a pretty good increase. :) My bench hasn't budged though...

Long as you've trained your grip to failure then personally I have no issues with straps. The lift to me feels safer as I focus on my core & hamstrings and back as opposed to letting my form slip due to focusing on grip and risking injury.

You'll easily see 20-30KG on your PB with straps providing your grip is the weak link. No doubt FF could see his quarter tonne with straps however I know RAW is his style.

In terms of bench, what are you doing with Rob is it? as I'm sure what he's devised for you is to maximise mass as opposed to strength. Although obviously they go hand in hand.
