Damn some good squats and deads going on by you guys. I'm still stuck on 170kg sumo deadlift and 140kg squat to just below parallel, I could the push squat higher with bad form but that's not the idea. I've started doing some addtional hamstring work as I don't think I'm recruting them well enough. Always good to have something to aim for!
I'm still training like a nutter it's just the magic isn't quite happening. My bench is aching to be smashed and I know I can easily beat it, heck I already did - I just never posted it. But the shoulders are giving in, the deeper tissues need strengtheningThat's crap
