Hey now, I dip 50kg for reps and sets and can manage 8 reps at +60kg.

I just lack the bench since my college gym never had one, I'll make great strides by just improving that.

Also with that bodyexpo, I'd love to go. Although getting the money and visa is a problem for me on short notice usually.
I need to have my flights, hotel and everything prebooked and paid for before being allowed to apply for a Visa.
I'll probably give it a miss and use the money to join a gym for the summer.

Can't be slacking anymore can I?

Also grats on being youtube famous hahaha!
 
I wasn't planning to go for a PB tonight but I felt strong so went for it. Added 5kg to my deadlift :) pretty pleased.

Finally some decent enough lifts to post here and not feel ashamed :p

edit. To be clear, all those lifts were unassisted. I've benched more but a spotter helped me ever so slightly so I'm discounting that. Want to keep honest track of this for myself.

Had a decent back session at the gym today. Previous PB was 80x8 deads (not pushing too hard). Managed 90x8 then threw in a 1RM at the end to see what I could manage. Pretty pleased as I was already very tired.

Technically since I pulled something in my back a few weeks ago I am now last (Keep off my last spot !!!) I've not been training much at all and only then it's been empty bar stuff (boohoo) which makes my total 20 /20 /20 lol

Come to think of it, you may be last but try to think of it as the first in line for improvement :D
 
6kg away from taking kylew! Load up the squat bar and scream your way up to number 19 :p

If anything, it's the bench holding me back.

This flu like thing I have isn't helping. I walked into town with the housemate and I was completely out of breath, still coughing a lot as well.

Missed todays training which is really annoying me.

I also got a huge fright, the buggers here messed with the scales, when I got on it said I was 83KG! 83!!!

Two weeks ago I was in between 69 and 70! I nearly raged out, How the hell do you gain over 10kg in that time and gain definition at the same time? Pure muscle gain!? Yeah right.

I got off and noticed it was at like minus 12 basically with the needle.

I've been knocked down from 11 to 13, ouch. Make that 14 because I know Benny beat them numbers.

I started cleaning and pressing for the first time last week. Been doing it every session I've come into the gym. I've had a shoulder injury for the past 7 months, so I've not put any kind of heavy loads on them. I went a bit daft today.

Clean and press:

80KG [PB]
82.5KG [PB]
85 [PB]
87.5 KG [PB]
90KG - Fail (didn't rest long enough)
90KG [PB] with an injury :o

I didn't want to push it anymore but the pressing a comfortable press. I think I'm good for 100KG without this injury. I think I might have a new obsession floating near squats :o

That's impressive. Once this injury heals, I should be back on 50KG+ for reps. I did do 40KG in my current condition for 5 reps but I could feel my shoulder straining.

Just final year in college and next week I'm done with it. SO much work so little time.

It's hard isnt it! I found myself struggling to get up the stairs in work yesterday :(

It's so annoying, I can feel fine for 1-2 hours; then suddenly have a coughing fit. Also this blocked nose it so annoying, running out of breath just walking and stairs truly are evil.
