I feel you on the heat! I forgot my chalk today and got to 175kg before I started working down. Was really hard trying to keep a tight grip with the sweating.
Doesn't help that my gym has no airflow except for 1 fan :/
You should try the 210 next week, you'll probably manage it then, I find that as soon as you hit a new PR your body just doesn't have enough to squeeze out another directly after.
