205KG Deadlift today :) straps which is still a bit meh! Hands have felt really wierd today like my fingers are fat and full of pressure.

The insane heat didn't help. Really do need to buy some chalk as I think the main problem is the bar slipping. Was still good for 170 raw.

Had a stab at 210KG, got 2" and my core was going, I probaly could have had it but it would have been an epic stall and probaly not worth the injury.

205KG was however a very tidy lift if I do say so myself. If you could put me into the 500KG club please FF. Bodyweight last time I checked was 92KG.

Doesn't help that my gym has no airflow except for 1 fan :/

You should try the 210 next week, you'll probably manage it then, I find that as soon as you hit a new PR your body just doesn't have enough to squeeze out another directly after.

We've got 4 air con units in there which is lovely! though after about 10 seconds it feels like an oven again!

Yeah I was pritty spent. After the fail at 210 I fancied 205 again and failed at that so decided I was beat and went on to the next exercise.

I want what Ronnie had when he trained at metroflex a big industrial like wind tunnel fan pointed at him!

The heat sure does make you feel really unfit CV wise, the sudden change in humidity is horrible!

Legs tomorrow and I think it's going to be a very slippy bar for squats!
 
I've been trying to order from MP all week but I keep getting an Error saying "Whoops! There was an unexpected error whilst processing your request".

I emailed them and they said it was fixed, but still the same thing. Hopefully they'll sort it, but let me know if you manage to place an order. It's really annoying, last thing I want is to pay 45 euro for 1.5kg Whey when I can pay 40 for 4.5kg.
 
Got a 230 squat last friday! that equals my PB was horid training though hot as hell!
Half the peeps were training topless - never seen that in a gym in the uk before.. odd.

hopfuly this week i can chuck some polo's on and get my total to 620!
 
Ooof, exams have ruined me. I've lost muscle mass and put on fat :(

I had 2 weeks off the gym for pure revision, in hindsight, I may as well have gone to the gym :/

Back into the gym last week, was awesome just because of the constant DOMS!

Cant wait to start cracking my Max's now :D
