After all that practice last night
I can't string a fast lap together now
So now my dilemma is , do I prefer Donnington Park or cadwell Park...

Everyone goes through ups and downs. Try and relax, that's my plan anyway.....easier said than done though.

When I tense up trying to find that extra 100ms I just go slower and slower :cry:

Most definitely this! As the old adage goes; slow is smooth, smooth is fast. Some of the fastest laps I’ve ever done have been while not trying; doing cool down laps, chatting on discord etc and suddenly finding time that I couldn’t do on push laps.

Was busting for the toilet and when I got back I was alone in the grid lol. So did 3 laps and realised I was almost out of fuel so had to pit.

Other than that, it went great, only came off once.

i did a lot better last night
it was the 1 corner that caught me out several times, but last night i chanced my approach and my time started to come down to under 1:16

Keen to join, I got a GT Omega from a friend with an MX5 seat. I'm trying to sort a PC of some kind. Two small kids and lots of work not helping

That's awesome. We were doing 1:14s Friday night before I logged off, so I know you need to be going at pace for that time. :cool:

i saw an option the other day in AMS2, you can actually turn the rain drops on / off
mines set to off by default, if i had know that , i would have turned it on when we did that race in the thunderstorms !
