Thought I'd mention that this month is wallet rape month.

4x Tyres - £980
Tax - £460
Insurance - £970
MOT - £35
Bumper repair - £600

= £3045

*looks outside at company car and fuel card*

Ah well, yes it is worth the money as it makes me immensely happy driving it and even more so now it's had a bash as I can worry less about it getting marked.

Are you still planning on supercharging or has that been put to bed.

Actually, a better question would be if you're decided to go down the route of storing it in a container like you where talking about?

Not looking at FI atm as it seems I can get the magic 500bhp with some Cams, Headers, OTRCAI and a remap.

It's stored in the hanger were Dad keep's his plane and also FOC.

So why were you considering paying money for a container 6 miles away when all along your Dad kept his plane in a hanger 3 minutes from your house

is it free like the oil for the VXR? :p

Big Motors news - I have fitted my private number plate to the 535d, finally.

It also decided to play up the other day and refuse to switch off the radio and parking sensors... even with the key removed from the ignition. It eventually cried out some random bongs and beeps and then complied.

In other news, I rinsed a Golf GTI.

Because dad had to pull a lot of strings to convice the airport to let me keep it there.

I just made quite a bit of money selling the leather seats from my old 205.

What should I do with the money:

Proper boost controller (another 20/30bhp)?
Bigger front brakes + hoses + fluid?
New Anti Roll bars (should massively sort handling)?
Tidier set of wheels to replace my rough 'Track' set?
Tidy up the bodywork (get **** loads of dents pulled out)?
New speakers?
Save it for food and cider because I'm not going to see a completely spare £300 for a while? :p.

Put it in the bank?

That without doubt makes most sense, but it's probably going to be the last chance I'm going to have to treat myself (the car) to something for a couple of months so I'm sort of thinking that I should enjoy it before it is gone?

Just don't spend it :p

It's not going to be gone any more in 6 months than it's going to be gone now, in fact with the power of interest there may even be more of it!

If you put it in the bank and dont spend it why wouldnt you have it in a couple of months? :p

Just put it in the bank. No point spending the money on the car if you don't plan on keeping it long. If you are, then just do the Anti-Roll bars.
