You wouldnt want a 100% anyway, but 30k would get you kicked off and i dare say dad of Fox would help him out then just let it plod along in the background paying for itself.

Then time moves on you save some more you get another one and so on, a little bit of sacrifice at 25 pays some rather good dividends later on, also money isnt earning any interest at the moment, so why not tie it up in something for the future.

Anyway its not for everyone, but it does work.
 
I have a tenant in my flat whilst I save for the next place.

Hence why I'm still in an eleven year old S2000. I'm surprised that people want a 23k car whilst saving though, especially as Fox doesn't do finance IIRC

Any of you going to London Bridge later? I think I saw Gaijin, Freefaller and Will Gill's name down? Trying to work out if I can watch United win the Premiership, go to the launderette, and do some bits and bobs before everyone leaves...

I've been reported to the police!

When I came home from work last night there was a Megane parked outside my house (it's not normally on the street, must have been visiting somebody)

My nextdoor neighbour is away so I parked over his driveway (which, to the passing person actually looks like it's my drive anyway), about 3 foot behind the Megane, which stayed there overnight.

I could see the Megane owner through the window, looking and pointing at my car when he and his wife were putting their things in the boot this morning, but thought no more of it, assumed the guy just hadn't seen a Manta for a few years.

Now I missed this next bit (one of my neighbours told me) but a short while later the police arrived and were checking my car out. When he asked them what was wrong, they said that someone had reported it as causing an obstruction on the street and that it had not moved for over 6 months.

My neighbour told them I drive it to work every day so that couldn't be right. The police said it was taxed, insured, MOT'd and not causing an obstruction and so off they went. So I can only conclude the Megane owner was riled at me parking behind him (:confused:) for some reason and reported it to the police.

There are some bloody weird people out there.

Lol that's very pathetic if it was the megane driver. Woohoo, you've managed to waste the police's time and not even be there to witness it, nice one!

Joshy is a great lad, wish him the best. I'm sure he'll be a good apprentice for DM they both seem similar any many ways.

BTW Joshy, do you still speak to Craig at XCASE?
