And yes I remember now those comments were in a seperate thread not this one, my apologies however they were unecessary but unrelated to this.

You are being harrassing to myself. So stop it, regardless if you think you are or not.

Ah so it's still a baby then! Plenty of life left in that!

The other one was long gone before I got this far, but that had some slight cooling issues. :p

When the link was originally posted it was advertised in the Honda Integra section of PH.

Linking and running with these sorts of thing is a bit silly really, as has been shown, amounts to much confusion later on.

Maybe at a motors meet sometime in the near future. :D

Sorry, I don't swing that way. :)

Build quality in the fiesta is a bit better, but thats about it. Out and out driving thrills and Id take the clio every time.

Yeah that seems to be the opinion I've found online, probably why I'm so surprised how much I actually liked the Ford. It definitely would be the better all round car though. Need to find a decent Clio to take for a spin.

rjkoneill has a Fiesta ST when buying it he was in the same situation. An ex employee here had a Clio 182 that had no end of problems which helped sway his desicion.

Clio 182 - more fun, quicker
Fiesta ST - Still fun but easier to live with

If you get a Fiesta ST look for one with the Ebony upgrade pack which has leather and heated seats. They are really nice, comfy too!

The Clio would be my choice hands down (not because I'm bias in anyway towards Renaultsport...!)
Much better handling (providing it's a Cup/FF), quicker, probably cheaper to buy although I'm not clued up on the price of used Fiesta STs, and faster. Interior isn't as nice I'd expect though.
