He is top 5 passes in europe with one of the highest completion rates, does his job well.

Weakest link is probably defensively when they don't have puyol around!
 
Aye, but there are many teams in Europe that if you take out their captain and one of two first choice centre backs would be a little weaker :p

This is kind of the European domestic football thread isn't it? Because Bayern Munich managed to lose 3-1 at home yesterday to Dortmund, and that's pretty much bye-bye to their title.

EDIT: Just watched the highlights and Bayern were woeful in defence, yet it should have been 3-3, since they had a goal wrongly ruled offside, and a blatent penalty appeal turned down. :o

Bayern have really dropped off the pace this season haven't they.

Also, Robben looks like an old man.
 
Yeah they had a dreadful start to the season, and have managed to claw themselves back into the top 3, but Dortmund have run away with this season. They've been top since about September and haven't looked back since. The only surprise is that they aren't more than ten points clear.

Robben tried the most ridiculous dive in the game too, and got yellow carded for it. And he's always looked like an old man. ;)
 
Nah, he looked middle aged at Chelsea :p

Dortmund had a silly lead at one point in the season, I've not paid much attention to any football other then the Champions League since Wednesday's poor run, I'll try and catch up on some Spanish / Italian / French / German as I have most of this week off :)

I don't, no, is it good?

I don't really follow the other leagues, but I like the Bundesliga because it's very similar to the English. Fast-paced, fairly physical, and good competition.
 
I watched some of that Bayern game yesterday first half was incredible could have been more goals in that!

Also agree with weebull the German league is a pretty quick pace as well with some pretty technical and attacking players.

How can he possibly complain about a team parking a bus to get a result? I seem to remember very similar tactics deployed by him in order to get a result he wanted...

Does he expect them to attack like for like lol

You wonder watching Madrid if it's really a Mourihno team, they're all over the place, sloppy, run about like headless chickens without really dictating any of the game and yet they're 2nd in the league. Weird. They obviously draw and Barca won this weekend, so ground they made up has been lost again.
