******* OFFICAL La Liga Thread *******

The trouble with the Spanish league is, if I remember and heard correctly.
50% of Spain support either Real or Barca, thats 50% of a population supporting just 2 teams.

Can't be any where near that in the EPL?

It's no surprise Barca/Real have all the money really and dominate the league given they can attract these players and do well in Europe.

Devo'd that Iniesta is now involved in all the moaning and rolling around side of things now. I always thought that was one of the things that put him ahead of the other superb players that they have.

Very disappointed.

I thought this a long time ago too, but he's sneaky, he's always the first one in the ref's face shouting too. I've come to the conclusion that they're all as bad as each other. I'll never forget the time when Abidal committed a hand ball in the box on purpose and the entire Barca team were outraged that the ref had the temerity to give the other team a penalty, against Barca, how dare he! Red card offence or not, they never commit fouls.

You just have to completely ignore that they're a set of ********* and try and enjoy the footie

I do my best to do it, and really do admire the style of football they play.

Unfortunately I just cannot stand their attitudes, particularly Xavi's face when he's moaning at the referee for everything. They are such hypocrits its untrue.

In the second half against Sevilla, Busquets was moaning that a Sevilla player had gone down too easy and started to tell him that. Then as play continued a few seconds letter, as Busquets was receiving a pass on the edge of his own box he flung himself to the ground under little to no contact.

It was pathetic and its such a shame that they act like that as for me, it spoils slightly all of the superb things that they do.

Negotiating their own television deals contributes a great deal to the disparity in wealth.
