There was a classic moment at 1-0 where... I think it was Ronaldo, had a diving header that was going into an empty net, and Benzema, being a greedy **** tried to put it past the line himself with a tap in. Except he was offside so the goal didn't count.
 
ha, only Ronaldo can sub himself off. He is out for two weeks now with a muscle strain.

I was going to say something then I realised it was pointless to compare Barca's record against La Liga's minnows to a CL game with Arsenal, which they already lost ..

The 4 wins include the Stoke one where Neville should have gone early, the West Brom one where he should have gone again, the dodgy one against Blackpool where they should have had a pen. Can't believe they're top still!

lol, Ronaldo must have been fuming, thats twice thats happened to him(assumign that one was him ). For Portugal Ronaldo ran, turned, flicked, dinked, shimmied around then chipped the ball, was going to be a fantastic goal then that little git Nani tapped it over from basically on the line and he was offside so Ronaldo had one of his best goals ever denied to him.

Some people will say serves him right, but the people that talk about Ronaldo being selfish when he's absolutely not, selfish players would be those who would nick a goal off someone for absolutely no reason, even worse when you're offside and you stop the goal from counting altogether.
 
Isn't that the second pen in a row Adebeyor has now missed? Can't see them keeping him once Higuan returns to fitness.

That first goal though, wow, you won't see a better worked goal than that in a long time..... or untill Barca play Arsenal tomorrow night.

lol yea, it kept going back and forth between Ade and the keeper. Like a wild west showdown or something. Great stuff.

I just wish that slow mo we saw in the world cup was used in every game. That was great. :p

Messi goes down 45th minute looking to be in some serious pain, knock of knees at quite a pace.
Possible ligament damage? He's up and gingerly walking back to dressing room couple of minutes after everyone else.
 
Devo'd that Iniesta is now involved in all the moaning and rolling around side of things now. I always thought that was one of the things that put him ahead of the other superb players that they have.

Very disappointed.
 
Barca always show their dark underbelly when things aren't going their way. The refs usually buy it too.

Just noticed, as is becoming more common each season, that there's a 25 point gap between 2nd and 3rd.
