Going with 5/10. Wasn't bad as Monaco goes, but still mostly a procession, a flurry of rain induced activity for a bit before it settled back into the usual minimal racing activity.

Thought it was a good race. Much better than a 5!

On to the indy 500 for proper bonkers racing.

That was pretty good for monaco and Max, only gave it 5 because Lewis, George or Lando didn't win.

Best part of the race is probably the girls eh...

You must have low standards to be calling that a 9/10 race. You'd probably die of overexcitement if you watched an actually decent race :p

It's not a 5 in the context of a Monaco weekend. That was solid 7/8 weekend at Monaco.

Part of it is low standards.
Part of it is cause I'm an alpine supporter! :D

If LH had have gotten 3rd, probably a 7/10!

I'm not giving it bonus points just because it's normally even more boring :p

In the context of being a Formula 1 race, it was nowhere near a 7/8, it was decidedly average.

People should understand the context of Monaco, it's half the issue with people saying it's boring, it's always been a low overtake track, it's about the drivers and the concentration. Just stick the onboards on for 20 mins and watch them, like Brundle said at the start, it's like a out of body experience. It takes close street racing to a different level to other street tracks.
But sure, i do get why people think it's boring.

Even for a F1 race though, qualifying and the race. I'd say 7.

I'd say if you rated that as a 5, no race is going to excite you.

Compare it something like 2019 German GP or 2022 British GP or 2020 Turkish GP and I can't fathom how you'd even begin to score races like those if this was one point away from being a 10/10 'perfect' race.

Had rain, great driving by most of the top 10, great to watch the good and bad strategy calls, lost of mixed tyre strategies in the dry part. Lots of wall brushes.
Alpine Podium.

All these things are rare! Plus qualifying was brilliant.

Probably an 8/10 if I wasn't an alpine supporter.
